AI visibility for Malaysian businesses
CiteTag is a done-for-you service that helps Malaysian small businesses show up correctly when customers ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
Email usWhy it matters
More customers now ask AI questions like “which part-time job app is best in Malaysia?” or “where can I get my aircon serviced in Petaling Jaya?” instead of searching. If AI doesn't know your business, or gets your details wrong, you never hear from those customers.
How CiteTag works
- Measure. We agree on about 20 questions your customers really ask, in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, and check what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews answer. We repeat this several times a week to set a baseline before changing anything.
- Fix. We make sure AI can find correct facts about you: a clear website (we can build one if you don't have it), consistent business details, listings and pages that answer your customers' questions.
- Prove. Every month you get a plain report: is your business named, is your website cited, and are the facts right, compared with where you started.
What you get
- Regular checks of what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews say about you and your competitors
- A website or answer pages written so AI can understand your business
- Corrections where AI confuses you with another business or states wrong facts
- A monthly report with the real answers behind every number
No one can guarantee what an AI will say. We commit to doing the work and showing you honest measurements, good or bad.
Frequently asked questions
What is AI visibility?
It's how often, and how accurately, AI assistants mention your business when people ask questions about what you sell. It's sometimes called generative engine optimisation (GEO).
Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Google AI Overviews, the AI summary shown at the top of many Google searches.
Do I need a website?
No. If you don't have one, we can build a simple one. The domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours.
Will you ask for my passwords?
Never. If we need to work on your existing website or listings, you invite us with our own access, and you can remove it at any time.
How long does it take?
AI tools update at their own pace, so changes usually take weeks rather than days. That's why we measure before and after, instead of guessing.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. It's a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time.
How much does it cost?
Email us with a little about your business and we'll reply with a quote.
